askmyGP  saves GP time and brings faster, easier access for patients to their own GP.  The launch programme changes your whole system over 12 weeks and frees you from the stress of overworked GPs, complaining patients and grumbling staff.  See also our sister site askmyGP.uk

Navigator  is our unique analysis suite which puts you in control with data drawn remotely from your clinical system.  Included in our launch programme, it is designed to help practices continually improve thereafter and can also be purchased standalone by subscription.

Accelerator – for practices already operating a largely GP led phone first system. Sometimes people have come to this idea through another route or have tried a DIY implementation, but problems arise and the workload can seem impossible.  We have helped a number quickly through diagnosis to a solution which has lifted the burden and given fresh hope. The programme is tailored individually to the practice.

Advanced services to primary care networks

The challenges of primary care in the NHS need to be addressed at scale, as the Five Year Forward View has outlined, with similar moves in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to encourage practices to co-ordinate their work.

Our solution brings to life the hub and spoke model proposed for Vanguard sites and Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund (PMCF) winners.  Fundamental to this is a demand led system which gives patients appropriate choices but saves GP time.  Our workflow technology means online demand can go to the right place at the right time, securely.  For example, a patient calling at a weekend can seek help either from their own practice on Monday, for continuity of care, or if urgent from an OOH hub.
